First Choice Roofing replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts and I had an excellent experience. Yhocio is an outstanding project manager. I need to know the details — what materials are being used and what their purpose is. Yhocio did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me. It didn’t take long for me to realize that Yhocio was truly invested in making sure clients are very comfortable with the process. He communicated throughout the process from inspection to completion.

Everything went as he said it would. The entire crew worked hard and long days but even after a 12+ hour day, the crew went around the entire house to make sure there were no nails or debris anywhere. Following the roof replacement, Benjamin and his crew came to install the 6″ gutters which are made on site. They look amazing and Benjamin and his crew were fantastic as well. I so appreciated the professionalism and respect shown by the FCR team for my home. My lawn, shrubs, driveway and deck were all perfectly clean when they left.

Bailey and FCR were amazing to work with. She came to our home for an initial inspection, explained EVERYTHING to us, helped with the insurance claim, and ensured installation was smooth and seamless. Her communication via text was always prompt and professional. Their team uses high-quality products with warranties. A few months later we had a leak, so reached out. Their team came out quickly to inspect and the leak was actually NOT coming from the roof, but rather a crack in the window seams. But they still caulked around the window for us and sent plenty of pictures to help us diagnose the problem. They did not charge a dime for coming out. I would work with FCR again and again.

The entire team was great to work with from the free inspection to the completion of the roof replacement. I honestly hate dealing with any contractors because I feel they say one thing and end up doing another. With First Choice Roofing what they said is what they did and stood on their word. I am a visual person so whatever the contractors talked about they would follow up with a text or email. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The completion time for the roof and clean up took a day and they came back the next day for a walk through and clean up inspection.

What really stood out the most to show what type of company and entire team is, is the job was done on a Tuesday, I left to go pick up my daughters up from school and came back earlier than expected and Bailey seen us getting out of the truck and went and started picking up nails and debris from around and on the porch so the girls could walk in the house without worrying about stepping on nails.

Jennifer, Ethan, and the whole crew were so awesome to work with. Jennifer is totally on top of all the intricacies involved in an insurance claim and making sure the job was thorough and complete. Ethan supervised all the work and made sure everything was done top notch. The crew was wonderful to work with. They were very professional. I barely knew when they were working, both inside and out. They ran the cleanest site I’ve ever seen. The roof and metal work looks fantastic. After we hit another storm in September and losing some shingles, we consulted with First Choice Roofing based on the recommendation from one of our neighbors to get an evaluation for our roof – repair or full replacement.

From the get-go, the level of professionalism we encounter with this contractor was second to none. Always on-time and great attention to timely follow-ups, they helped us with filling the claim with our insurance company, provided us with options/shingle samples, answered all of the questions we had along the process, and got us a stunning new roof! Another aspect, why I would recommend this company is that the crew doing the actual removal and install did a very good job in making sure they leave our property with no damages, everything was super clean and the supervisor was very responsive in answer any questions we had. The new roof looks great and they took care of all new code requirements as part of their services to us.

We recently had our roof replaced by First Choice Roofing and they truly did a stellar job. I would highly recommend Ethan Morris, Tracy and the First Choice Roofing team. They are licensed, insured and GAF Certified, using the highest quality products and modern techniques to give you a beautiful result that will last for many years. Project management was great. They supported us through the claim with our insurance company by meeting with the insurance inspector and following up with the many details, making it easy for us. Removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof took only about two days and was done with the least amount of disruption to us. The clean up crew was marvelous and the yard and grounds were back to normal very quickly. Everything seemed to work like clockwork, although I know that excellence like that doesn’t just happen without top-notch project management and attention to detail. Ethan, Tracy and company are especially nice guys and quickly earned our trust and confidence that they would do a great job. Not only did they do a great job but made sure everything was taken care especially in the interior side above and beyond than I had even expected.
